Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original Durango branded shoebox, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
